My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel free to be your authentic self. Rooted in empathy and a belief in the power of human connection, I strive to understand your unique journey. While our experiences shape us, I believe they do not have to define us. Together, we can rewrite the script to align with the life you want to create.
I view individuals holistically, emphasizing empowerment, fostering self-awareness, and helping them find meaning in life. I believe in each individual’s inherent ability to grow and evolve. My role as a counselor is to foster a collaborative relationship, where we explore not only the current struggles but also the patterns, beliefs, and early experiences that have shaped your life script. I value approaches such as Adlerian, CBT, and Humanistic, among others, and draw on perspectives from these and other frameworks to support each individual’s unique needs. My focus is on nurturing growth, building confidence, and empowering you. Taking the first step can feel overwhelming, but it’s also the most powerful. Let’s work together to create the life you
deserve.
I am passionate about supporting women through the transformative journey of pregnancy, the postpartum period, and early motherhood, helping them navigate the unique challenges and transitions of these stages with care and understanding. Additionally, I have a commitment to working with children, believing that early intervention can be an influential step toward fostering lifelong resilience and well-being. While these areas are meaningful to me, I am open to supporting anyone who resonates with my approach and is looking to start their journey toward healing.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in various roles in the mental health field that have strengthened my understanding of human behavior and my ability to provide compassionate, effective support. My experience has provided me with a diverse set of skills and perspectives that I bring to my work as an intern.
I’ve supported adolescents navigating complex challenges, from family and peer-related issues to school difficulties, by fostering positive relationships and teaching essential life skills. My experience as a youth residential counselor taught me the importance of creating safe, supportive spaces for growth while working collaboratively with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
My work as an applied behavior analysis (ABA) paraprofessional allowed me to support children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral related challenges and disabilities. I implemented behavior intervention plans, fostered communication and learning skills, and collaborated with families to promote consistency and progress in therapy.
In my role as a mental health counselor, I gained valuable experience working with adults managing both substance use disorders and mental health challenges. I provided practical support, from medication management, to job search assistance, while helping clients develop the skills needed to build stable, independent lives. This role strengthened my crisis management skills and reinforced my belief in the power of recovery and resilience. I often found myself talking with clients, helping them process their thoughts and emotions, which deepened my passion for providing therapeutic support. I realized I wanted to transition from a case management-focused role to one where I could take a more active role in guiding their therapy and cultivating personal growth within.
I have also worked with individuals facing poverty and other systemic barriers, often acting as a liaison or advocate to help them access community services. This role allowed me to collaborate with other professionals and organizations to ensure integrative care and comprehensive support. Each of these roles has shaped my approach as a counselor, emphasizing collaboration, empathy, and the importance of meeting clients where they are.
