I am a compassionate and collaborative professional, dedicated to helping others reduce and challenge their negative cognitions. I also work as a School Counselor, specializing in supporting the Special Education population. Using a trauma-informed approach, I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help my clients build emotional resilience and achieve personal growth. I hold a Master’s degree in School Counseling and am currently pursuing an Advanced Certificate in Licensed Mental Health Counseling at Alfred University.
In my work within schools, I have witnessed the significant need for counseling services outside of the school setting to support children and their families. I am committed to helping them overcome past trauma and prevent those experiences from leading to negative consequences in their lives.
I am passionate about providing a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their emotions, build resilience, and create positive change. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
