I am deeply passionate about helping people heal, grow, and discover their true
purpose. My work as a mental health counselor is fueled by a genuine love for people and a strong belief that everyone has the capacity to create change in their lives. I strive to empower my clients by providing a safe, supportive space where they can process challenges, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward living a fulfilling and meaningful life and foster long-term resilience.
I have experience working with diverse populations including adolescents, adults from various cultural backgrounds and individuals that have been formerly incarcerated and/or are on Parole/Probation. My experience also includes working with at-risk-youth, individuals with substance use disorders-both in a school and clinical setting- and as a Program Coordinator at an OASAS outpatient treatment program.
Using a person-centered approach, I collaborate with my clients to help them reach the goals they would like to achieve.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, seniors, and individuals facing diverse challenges. My mission is to empower clients to take charge of their destinies while offering a guiding hand toward growth, healing, and a brighter tomorrow.
