Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you are navigating life transitions, anxiety, or feeling misunderstood in your experiences. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and affirming space where individuals feel safe to explore challenges, build insight, and develop tools to navigate life with greater confidence.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, executive functioning challenges, social difficulties, and transition-related stressors such as adjusting to college, entering the workforce, or building increased independence. I enjoy supporting clients as they strengthen self-awareness, self-advocacy, and personal growth.
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs and goals, honoring neurodiversity and lived experience. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop practical coping skills, and challenge unhelpful patterns in a supportive and manageable way.
I bring a background in school psychology and extensive experience supporting children and adolescents, which informs my work with teens and adults today. This perspective allows me to support clients with executive functioning, anxiety-related avoidance, and navigating academic, social, and vocational expectations. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and equipped to face life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, fulfilling lives.
