My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, reflect deeply, and begin building healthier ways of coping, communicating, and understanding themselves.
With my background in school counseling and education, I have spent years supporting students and families through stress, anxiety, depression, transitions, relationship challenges, and identity development. This experience has shaped the way I view healing: people often need both compassion and practical tools to move forward.
I am especially passionate about working with students, women, couples, families, and individuals from multicultural backgrounds. My goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change.
