Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, whether from work, relationships, parenting, or past experiences that continue to show up in the present? You may also be navigating racial stress, caregiver burnout, or the emotional weight of constantly advocating for yourself or others. These experiences can feel heavy, but you do not have to carry them alone.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, process what you’ve been holding, and begin to make sense of your experiences. My approach is compassionate and culturally responsive, with a strong commitment to supporting individuals from BIPOC communities, as well as parents and families of children with special needs.
In our work together, we will focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening communication, and developing practical strategies to help you feel more grounded and in control of your daily life. I strive to create a collaborative environment where your voice is valued, and your lived experiences are honored.
I work with adults and couples, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions for clients located in New York. I look forward to supporting you in finding greater balance, clarity, and emotional well-being.
